Q: Are all clothing used?

No. I have used clothing and also new clothes, some with tags still attached.

Q: Are all used clothing in good condition?

Yes. I provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all of my items. All used and some vintage items are gently used. All new items are never worn.

Q: Have you purchased these items second hand? 

No. All used items were purchased brand new and have only been worn by me. All new items were purchased by me, but never worn.

Q: What size do you get in your shoes?

I am a size 10 in women's so typically shoes sold are 10-11. Although they are higher in size, some are for narrow foot or wider, so generally shoes could fit women who's shoe sizes are between 9-11.

Q: Can I return my items for a refund?

There are no refunds nor exchanges.
